The Czech Association for Textile Care has published the third issue of its member magazine, Informátor, this year. The September issue focuses primarily on the upcoming INTERCLEAN 2026 conference – the key industry event of the year, taking place in Prague on 1 October. It is also our traditional exhibitor issue, giving space to the companies that visitors will have the opportunity to meet at the conference.
Throughout the magazine, you can learn more about the exhibiting companies, their products, technologies and services for professional laundries and dry cleaners. The issue provides a useful overview of who will be exhibiting this year and what innovations they will be bringing to INTERCLEAN.
The magazine also includes the full programme of the 29th INTERCLEAN conference and introduces the key topics of this year’s event. These include the results of the most comprehensive market survey of laundries and dry cleaners conducted in the Czech Republic to date, as well as a new carbon footprint calculator currently under development.
Informátor also reports on the September meeting of the Association’s Board, which focused on final preparations for the conference and this time took place in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The programme included visits to the Christeyns facility in Odry and the Alliance Laundry Systems manufacturing plant in Příbor.
In the new issue, you will also find an interview with Vítězslav Gaja, the new head of the Textile Testing Institute, discussing the Institute’s future, certification, digitalisation and European legislation. Another article looks at the new rules concerning critical infrastructure and their potential impact on industrial laundries. Readers can also discover the latest episodes of the Czech Association for Textile Care Podcast, an updated guide to funding opportunities, and news from across the Association.
