The Czech Association for Textile Care is holding its first Open Day. It will take place on Wednesday, April 12 at the Jihlava Laundry and Dry Cleaning.
The association organizes the event with the long-term goal of building a networking platform for the exchange of professional information between representatives of laundries, dry cleaners and representatives of Czech textile and clothing brands and designers.
The support and development of sustainable fashion in the Czech Republic will be discussed. The program will include a tour of the operation of the Jihlava Laundry and Dry Cleaners, which takes care of linen for top Prague hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental or the Four Seasons, as well as a fashion show by students of the Helenín Secondary School of Arts and Crafts.
The guide of the day will be the chairperson of the Commission for small laundries and dry cleaners and the head of the production section of the Jihlava operation, Mrs. Hana Šabatková.
Participation is free, APaČ member companies can send a maximum of one representative to the event. Capacity is limited.
