Members of the Association shared their experiences at a seminar on complaints

On Tuesday, November 19, a seminar organized by our Association on the topic of “Preventing the Occurrence of Complaints in Laundries and Small Dry Cleaners” took place at the training center near Prague’s Vyšehrad. This continuation of the spring seminar, which focused primarily on important theoretical knowledge in the field of complaints, once again attracted a significant number of participants from the Association.

The November seminar addressed the most common causes of complaints, their prevention, and specific situations related to technological processes such as washing, stain removal, wet cleaning, drying, and shaping of garments. The program also included a discussion where participants could consult their own experiences from practice. The seminar was led by experienced trainer Ing. Martin Adamy, who shared his 25 years of experience in the field of textile maintenance with the attendees.

We thank all participants for their active engagement and look forward to further joint meetings!
