On April 29, 2025, a professional seminar organized by the Association of Laundries and Dry Cleaners (APaČ) took place in Prague, focusing on two key topics: effective customer communication and proper care for leather and fur garments.
The seminar was led by Ing. Martin Adamy from MAGNIFIC spol. s r.o., an experienced expert with more than 25 years of practice in textile maintenance, marketing, and customer communication.
The morning session focused on specific situations related to order intake, processing, and delivery, handling crisis situations, and utilizing social media for customer communication. The afternoon part then concentrated on the typology of leather and fur, the specifics of their cleaning, dyeing, and common complaints that dry cleaning operators may encounter.
The program also included a practical discussion and experience exchange among participants, enriching the theoretical foundation with valuable real-life examples.
